We are proud to have hosted in ITALY among the others:

• Marco Polo. World Convention of Trading Companies (Milan, September 13-15, 1989). 700 delegates attended an international conference on the future course of international trade, 9 workshops on the hottest issues in world commerce and the first match-making program for trading companies and selected manufacturers. A very special moment was the gala dinner organized in the Sforzesco Castle where we recreated a medieval atmosphere.

• Annual Meeting of European Federation of Chemical Trade (Sorrento, May 13-15, 1990). Besides the scientific sessions, the 200 delegates and their escorts enjoyed a very rich tourist program and we like to remember especially the cruise from Sorrento to Positano where a marvellous fish dinner was served on the beach to the light and sound of fire works and folkloristic music.

• Private visit in Milan of Lady Margaret Thatcher (May 24, 1993) and of Hon. James Baker (July 1, 1994) organized on behalf of our client Europ Assistance Italia who invited the top managers of the Italian financial community.

• 9th International Wool Textile Research Conference (Biella, June 28 – July 5, 1995). It was the first time the International Wool Secretariat chose Italy as the hosting country and delegations from all over the world (especially Australia, New Zealand, South Africa) were delighted to discover the Biella District. The many delegates who decided to visit Italy after the conference were offered three options: the art cities in Tuscany, Rome and the Amalfi coast, Venice and the Palladian villas.

• 22nd Congress of the European Society of Neuroradiology (Milan, September 17-21, 1996). One of the most enjoyable moment of the social program was the informal dinner for the 800 delegates splitted in 6 different restaurants in the Navigli district of Milan.

• For our client Chubb Insurance Company we organized the European managers meeting in Stresa on Lake Maggiore (June 1996), then the 10th Anniversary of the Italian division in Milan (1997) with a private visit at the temporary exhibition of Keith Haring, and the Annual Meeting of the Entertainment and Leisure Division on Lake Orta (April 2000).

• Meeting of the Executive Committee of the Confédération Internationale du Crédite Populaire (Rome, November 26-27, 1998). Delegates had a private audience with the Pope.

• Private visit of the Minister for the Waters of Bahrain from Venice to Ferrara, Florence and Rome (July 14-21, 1998).

• “The next three years predicted by independent experts in economics, science, technology and society”, Italian event of the European road show of Zurich Continental Europe Corporate (Milan, May 27, 2004).

• “Europe – USA. Growth models in comparison”, for our client Editori Perla Finanza in partnership with Global Interdependence Center (Milan- Rome, February 20-23, 2005). A conference – followed by various round tables and private visits – was held on the occasion of a visit by the delegation of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
